1. India and Japan Agree to Collaborate in Defence Production

i. India and Japan have agreed to collaborate closely in defense production, including on dual-use technologies.

ii. Defence Minister Arun Jaitley and his Japanese counterpart Itsunori Onodera signed the agreement during India-Japan annual defense ministerial dialogue in Tokyo. The two sides also agreed to ramp up counter-terror cooperation, besides deepening engagement among navies, air forces and ground forces of the two countries.

2. Ashok Leyland Inks Pact with Rosoboronexport, ELCOM

i. The defense entity of Hinduja Group flagship company Ashok Leyland had signed an MoU with Rosoboronexport, Russia, to supply tracked vehicle solutions to the armed forces.

ii. Rosoboronexport (ROE) is the only State organization in Russia for export of the entire range of military products and technologies. Ashok Leyland signed another MoU with ELCOM Group which is also emerging as a significant player in strategic electronics, avionics, and tactical communication globally.

3. BSNL, Coriant Tie up to Chart 5G

i. State-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) entered into an agreement with US-based networking solutions provider Coriant to chart the path to 5G and Internet of Things (IoT) in India.

ii. The MoU was signed between BSNL and Coriant for laying the foundation for innovation in network architectures and services leveraging 5G, IoT, Software Defined Networking/Network Functions Virtualization (SDN/NFV), and mobile edge computing technologies.

4. Exide Life, PMC Bank Tie up

i. Exide Life Insurance has announced a partnership with Punjab & Maharashtra Co-operative Bank (PMC Bank) to offer its protection and savings products to the latter’s customers.

ii. PMC Bank is a multi-State scheduled urban cooperative bank with 127 branches spread across Maharashtra, Delhi, Karnataka, Goa, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. Exide Life Insurance works with around 50 banks.

5. NITI Aayog Constitutes Expert Task Force on Employment & Exports

i. NITI Aayog has constituted an Expert Task Force to provide a major thrust to job creation by enhancing India’s exports. It will be headed by NITI Aayog Vice Chairman Dr. Rajiv Kumar.

ii. Members of the Task force include CEO, NITI Aayog, Secretaries of Departments of Commerce, Industrial Policy and Promotion, Economic Affairs and Textiles. Leading economists and industry experts are also members of the Task Force, which will submit its report by November 2017.

ii. The Scheme was launched by Chief Minister of Melaka Datuk Seri Utama Ir. Hj. Idris Bin Hj. Haron. Under this scheme, each household in Melaka will get 10 high-quality 9-watt LED bulbs.

7. Andhra Pradesh Signs MoU to Build India's First Hyperloop

i. The Andhra Pradesh government has signed an MoU with the US-based Hyperloop Transportation Technologies (HTT)to build India's first Hyperloop system. The planned project is aimed at connecting cities Amaravati and Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh, supposedly covering the distance of over 35 km in just five minutes.

ii. The AP Economic Development Board (AP-EDB) and HTT signed the MoU in Amaravati. Under the MoU, a six-month feasibility study would be conducted from October.

8. Indo-US Exercise Yudh Abhyas 2017

ii. .Exercise Yudh Abhyas is one of the largest joint running military training and defense corporation endeavors between India and USA. This will be the 13th edition of the joint exercise hosted alternately between the two countries.

9. SBI Life Insurance Gets SEBI approval for Rs 8,400 crore IPO

i. SBI Life Insurance has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India for an IPO (Initial Public Offering) of up to Rs 8,400 crore ($1.3 billion).

ii. The IPO will involve 120 million secondary shares or 12 per cent of the insurer's equity capital. State Bank of India which currently owns 70.1 per cent of the insurer, will sell 80 million shares and BNP Paribas Cardif, holder of a 26 per cent stake, will sell 40 million.

ప్రభుత్వ రంగ సంస్థల్లో విధులు నిర్వహించే ఉద్యోగులకు వేతనంతో పాటు అదనంగా పలు సౌకర్యాలు పొందే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. విధుల్లో ఉన్నవారికే కాకుండా ఉద్యోగ విరమణ పొందిన ఉద్యోగులకు సైతం ఈ అవకాశం కల్పించారు. రెగ్యులర్‌ ఉద్యోగులకు, ఎయిడెడ్‌ విద్యాసంస్థల ఉద్యోగులకు స్వల్ప తేడాతో సౌకార్యాలు ప్రభుత్వం కల్పిస్తున్నది. పదవీ కాలంలో పలు రకాల సెలవులతో పాటు పండుగలకు అడ్వాన్స్‌లు, వారి పిల్లలకు విద్యా అలవెన్స్‌లు, మరణిస్తే ఆర్థిక సహాయం అందించడం జరుగుతుంది. వేతనానికి వేతనం, ఇతర సౌకర్యాలు కేవలం ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులకు మాత్రమే కల్పించబడుతాయి. అయితే చాలామంది సరైన అవగాహన లేక వీటిని వినియోగించుకోలేక పోతున్నారు.

 

సెలవులు...

ఆకస్మిక సెలవులు (క్యాజువల్‌ లీవ్స్‌): ఉద్యోగులకు సంవత్సరానికి 15 రోజులు క్యాజువల్‌ లీవ్స్‌ మంజూరు చేస్తారు. ఈ సెలవుల కాలానికి పూర్తి వేతనం అందిస్తారు.

 

ఐచ్ఛిక సెలవులు (ఆప్షనల్‌ హాలీడేస్‌): ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులకు క్యాలండర్‌ ఇయర్‌కు 5రోజులు ఐచ్చిక సెలవులు మంజూరు చేస్తారు. క్యాలండర్‌లో పేర్కొన్న పండుగలకు మాత్రమే ఈ లీవ్‌లు పెట్టుకునే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. ఈ సెలవులకు వేతనంతో కూడినవి.

 

అర్ధ వేతన సెలవులు (ఆఫ్‌ ఫే లీవులు) : ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులకు సంవత్సరానికి 20 అర్ధ వేతన లీవ్‌లు మంజూరు చేస్తారు. ఇవి వాడుకున్న ఉద్యోగులకు అర్ధ వేతనం చెల్లిస్తారు.

 

వేసెక్టమి ఆపరేషన్‌: కుటుంబ నియంత్రణ చేసుకున్న మగ ఉద్యోగికి వేతనంతో కూడిన ఆరు రోజుల లీవ్‌లు మంజూరు చేస్తారు.

 

పితృత్వ సెలవులు: డెలివరీ అయిన భార్యకు సేవలు అందించేందుకు భర్తకు 15రోజుల క్యాజువల్‌ లీవ్‌ పెట్టుకునే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.

 

మెటర్నిటీ లీవ్‌లు: మహిళా ఉద్యోగులకు 180 రోజుల మెటర్నిటీ లీవ్‌లు మంజూరు చేయడం జరుగుతుంది. డెలివరీ సమయంలో ఈ లీవ్‌లు వాడుకోవచ్చు. ఈ సెలవులు వేతనంతో కూడినవి.

 

ఎర్న్‌డ్‌ లీవ్‌లు (సంపాదిత సెలవులు): క్యాలండర్‌ ఇయర్‌కుగాను సంపాదిత సెలవులు 30 మంజూరు చేస్తారు. ఈ లీవ్‌లు వాడుకోగా మిగిలినవి అదే సంవత్సరం అమ్ముకోవచ్చు లేదంటే లీవ్‌ ఖాతాలో చేరుతాయి.

 

ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు సంఘాల నేతలకు : ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొందిన ఉద్యోగ సంఘాల అధ్యక్ష, కార్యదర్శులకు సంఘ కార్యకలాపాలకు గాను ప్రతి సంవత్సరం 21 రోజుల స్పెషల్‌ క్యాజువల్‌ లీవులు పెట్టుకునే అవకాశం ఉంది.

 

ఇతర సౌకర్యాలు...

ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగుల ఇద్దరు పిల్లలకు ఇంటర్‌ వరకు ప్రతి సంవత్సరం రూ.2500 ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్‌ కింద అందిస్తారు.

 

ఫెస్టివల్‌ అడ్వాన్స్‌ కింద (నాన్‌ గెజిటెడ్‌ ఉద్యోగులకు మాత్రమే) ప్రతి సంవత్స రం రూ.7500 వడ్డీ లేని రుణం (భార్యాభర్తలు ఉద్యోగులైతే ఒక్కరికి మాత్రమే) అందిస్తారు. పది వాయిదాల్లో చెల్లించాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

 

మెడికల్‌ అన్‌ఫిట్‌ అయిన ఉద్యోగుల వారసులకు ఉద్యోగం పొందే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.

ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులకు, వారి కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు వైద్య సౌకార్యాలు ఉచితంగా అందించడం జరుగుతుంది.

 

సర్వీసులో ఉండి చనిపోయిన ఉద్యోగుల అంత్యక్రియల నిమిత్తం రూ.20వేలు చెల్లిస్తారు.

 

ఎయిడెడ్‌ విద్యాసంస్థల్లో పనిచేస్తున్న ఉద్యోగి మరణిస్తే అం త్యక్రియల ఖర్చు నిమిత్తం రూ.10వేలు చెల్లిస్తారు.

 

పీహెచ్‌సీ అలవెన్స్‌ బేసిక్‌పేపై 10శాతం లేదా రూ.2వేలు మంజూరు చేయడం జరుగుతుంది. ఠ అంధ ఉపాధ్యాయులకు రీడర్‌ అలవెన్స్‌ మంజూరు చేస్తారు.

ఉద్యోగులకు అర్బన్‌, రూరల్‌ పరిధిని పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుని హెచ్‌ఆర్‌ఏ చెల్లిస్తారు.

హైదరాబాద్‌, సెప్టెంబరు 6(ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): 

    ఉపాధ్యాయ అభ్యర్థులకు శుభవార్త. ఎప్పటికప్పుడు వాయిదాలు పడుతూ వస్తున్న డీఎస్సీ నోటిఫికేషన్‌కు ఎట్టకేలకు లైన్‌క్లియర్‌ అయింది. ప్రభుత్వ, పంచాయతీరాజ్‌ స్కూళ్లలో 8,452 పోస్టుల భర్తీకి అనుమతిస్తూ ఆర్థికశాఖ ఉత్తర్వులను జారీ చేసింది. ఈ మేరకు వివరాలను తెలంగాణ పబ్లిక్‌ సర్వీస్‌ కమిషన్‌ (టీఎస్‌పీఎస్సీ)కు పంపించింది. దీంతో డీఎస్సీ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ కోసం టీఎస్‌పీఎస్సీ ముమ్మరంగా కసరత్తు చేస్తోంది. అయితే, అభ్యర్థుల విద్యార్హతలకు సంబంధించి ఉత్తర్వులు, రోస్టర్‌ పాయింట్ల వివరాలు ఇంకా విద్యాశాఖ నుంచి అందాల్సి ఉంది. వివిధ రెసిడెన్షియల్‌ స్కూళ్లలోని టీచర్‌ పోస్టుల భర్తీకి ఇటీవల టీఎస్‌పీఎస్సీ జారీ చేసిన నోటిఫికేషన్‌లో సంక్షేమశాఖలు నిర్ధారించిన విద్యార్హతలు వివాదాస్పదమయ్యాయి.

ఈ నేపథ్యంలో విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులు తగు జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకుంటున్నారు. జాతీయ ఉపాధ్యాయ విద్యామండలి (ఎన్‌సీటీఈ) నిబంధనలకు లోబడే డీఎస్సీ అభ్యర్థుల విద్యార్హతలు ఉండే విధంగా అధికారులు జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకుంటున్నారు. ఈ మేరకు రెండు మూడు రోజుల్లో విద్యాశాఖ నుంచి పూర్తి వివరాలు టీఎస్‌పీఎస్సీకి అందుతాయని, దీంతో వారంలోగా డీఎస్సీ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ వెల్లడయ్యే అవకాశం ఉందని భావిస్తున్నారు. కాగా ఉపాధ్యాయ పోస్టులను 31 జిల్లాలుగా కాకుండా, ఉమ్మడి జిల్లాల పరిధిలోనే భర్తీ చేయనున్నట్లు విశ్వసనీయ సమాచారం. రాష్ట్రపతి ఉత్తర్వులు అమల్లో ఉన్నప్పుడు, ఆ మేరకు జిల్లాల సంఖ్య, పేర్లు పొందుపర్చి ఉన్న కారణంగా సదరు ఉత్తర్వులను రద్దు చేయకుండా కొత్త జిల్లాల పరిధి ప్రకారం ఖాళీల భర్తీ సాధ్యం కాదని న్యాయశాఖ సలహా ఇచ్చినట్లు తెలిసింది. దాంతో పాత జిల్లాల ప్రకారమే భర్తీ చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించినట్టు తెలిసింది. ఈ విషయంలో అడ్వకేట్‌ జనరల్‌ సలహా తీసుకుని తుది నిర్ణయం తీసుకునే అవకాశం ఉంది. అయితే కొత్త జిల్లాల ప్రకారం నోటిఫికేషన్‌ జారీ చేసే విషయంలో ప్రభుత్వం సందేహించడానికి మరో కారణం ఉంది. కొత్త జిల్లాల ఆవిర్భావం తర్వాత ఒక్కో జిల్లా గరిష్ఠంగా నాలుగు జిల్లాల దాకా విడివడింది. దీంతో కొన్ని జిల్లాల్లో ఎక్కువ పోస్టులు, మరికొన్ని జిల్లాల్లో తక్కువ ఖాళీలు ఉన్నాయి.

ప్రత్యేకించి రూరల్‌ జిల్లాల్లో ఎక్కువ ఖాళీలు, అర్బన్‌ జిల్లాల్లో తక్కువ ఖాళీలు ఉండే అవకాశం ఏర్పడింది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో పాత జిల్లాల ప్రకారమే నోటిఫికేషన్‌ జారీ చేయాలంటూ అర్బన్‌ జిల్లాల్లోని నిరుద్యోగులు ఇప్పటికే డిప్యూటీ సీఎం, విద్యాశాఖ మంత్రి కడియం శ్రీహరికి విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో రాష్ట్రపతి ఉత్తర్వులను, నిరుద్యోగుల అభ్యంతరాలను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుని పాత జిల్లా ప్రాతిపదికన నోటిఫికేషన్‌ జారీ చేసేందుకే ప్రభుతం మొగ్గుచూపిస్తున్నట్లు సమాచారం. విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులు మాత్రం పాత పది జిల్లాలు, కొత్తవి కలిపి మొత్తంగా 31జిల్లాల ప్రకారం ఖాళీలు, రోస్టర్‌ పాయింట్ల వివరాల నివేదికలను సిద్ధం చేసి ప్రభుత్వానికి పంపించారు.

మార్పుల్లేని స్కీమ్‌ ఆఫ్‌ ఎగ్జామ్‌, సిలబస్‌

గురుకుల టీచర్‌ పోస్టుల భర్తీ ప్రక్రియలో నిర్ధారించిన స్కీమ్‌ ఆఫ్‌ ఎగ్జామినేషన్‌ విధానాన్నే టీచర్‌ పోస్టుల భర్తీకి అనుసరించనున్నట్టు సమాచారం. ఈమేరకు విద్యాశాఖ ఇప్పటికే కసరత్తు పూర్తి చేసింది. భర్తీ ప్రక్రియలో ప్రిలిమ్స్‌, మెయిన్స్‌ రూపంలో రెండంచెల పరీక్ష విధానాన్ని అమలు చేయనున్నారు. ప్రిలిమ్స్‌ నుంచి ఒక పోస్టుకు 15 మందిని ఎంపిక చేస్తారు. మెయిన్స్‌ను 80శాతంగా, టెట్‌ మార్కులను 20శాతంగా పరిగణించి జాబితాలు సిద్ధం చేస్తారు. టీచర్‌ పోస్టుకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునే జనరల్‌ అభ్యర్థులకు ఎన్‌సీటీఈ ప్రకారం 50శాతం మార్కులు ఉండాలి. ఇదే నిబంధనను నోటిఫికేషన్‌లో పొందుపర్చనున్నారు. సిలబస్‌ కూడా ఇప్పటికే టీఎ్‌సపీఎస్సీ ప్రకటించిన మేరకే ఉండే అవకాశం ఉంది. కేటగిరీ ఉద్యోగాలను బట్టి మారే అవకాశం ఉంది.

🌷వ్యవసాయ కళాశాలలకు సంబంధించిఎప్పటిలాగే జీవో 16 అమలులో ఉంటుందని వ్యవసాయ శాఖ మంత్రి సోమిరెడ్డి చంద్రమోహనరెడ్డి చెప్పారు. సచివాలయంలో బుధవారం ఆయన మీడియాతో మాట్లాడారు. ప్రభుత్వ వ్యవసాయ కళాశాలల విద్యార్థుల వినతి మేరకు జీవో 64ను రద్దు చేస్తున్నట్లు ప్రకటించారు. దీంతో రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా చేపట్టదలిచిన సమ్మెను విరమిస్తున్నట్లు 11 వ్యవసాయ కళాశాలల విద్యార్థులు చెప్పారని తెలిపారు.

🌷వ్యవసాయ కళాశాలలపై త్రిసభ్య కమిటీని నియమించినట్టు చెప్పారు. కమిటీ నివేదిక పరిశీలించి, ప్రభుత్వం తదుపరి చర్యలు తీసుకుంటుందన్నారు. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా వ్యవసాయ కళాశాలలపై ఒకే చట్టాన్ని తేవాలని కేంద్రం కూడా యోచిస్తోందన్నారు. కాగా, జీవో 64ను రద్దు చేయించేలా ప్రభుత్వంతో చర్చించాలని కోరుతూ వ్యవసాయ విద్యార్థులు ఇటీవల హైదరాబాద్‌లో జనసేన అధ్యక్షుడు పవన్‌ కల్యాణ్‌ను కలిసి విజ్ఞప్తి చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. దీంతో ఆయన ఈ విషయాన్ని ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టికి తెచ్చారు.

🌷వ్యవసాయ విద్యార్ధులకు సంబంధించి జీవో 64ను రద్దు చేస్తున్నట్లు ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించడంపై జనసేన పార్టీ అధినేత పవన్‌ కల్యాణ్‌ ట్విట్టర్‌లో హర్షం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. 64జీవో రద్దుకు చొరవ తీసుకున్న సీఎం చంద్రబాబు, మంత్రి సోమిరెడ్డి చంద్రమోహనరెడ్డికి ఆయన ప్రత్యేకంగా ధన్యవాదాలు తెలిపారు. వ్యవసాయ విద్యార్ధులకు మంచి భవిష్యత్తు ఉందని, రాష్ట్ర రైతులకు ఉపయోగపడేలా కృషి చేయాలని సూచించారు.

🔹జీవో 64.. అంటే?

🌷కేంద్రీయ వ్యవసాయ విశ్వవిద్యాలయం కాకుండా దేశంలో వ్యవసాయ, ఉద్యాన, పశువైద్య విశ్వవిద్యాలయాలు 71 ఉన్నాయి. వీటికి భారత వ్యవసాయ పరిశోధన మండలి(ఐసీఏఆర్‌) గుర్తింపు ఉండాలి. అయితే కొన్ని ప్రైవేటు, పలు ప్రభుత్వ వ్యవసాయ కళాశాలలు యూజీసీ గుర్తింపుతో నడుస్తున్నాయి. అగ్రి విద్యార్థుల ఉన్నత విద్యలో సీట్ల భర్తీ, వ్యవసాయ సంబంధ ఉద్యోగాల నియామకాలు, పదోన్నతులు విషయంలో ఐసీఏఆర్‌ అక్రిడేషన్‌ తప్పనిసరి. దీనిపై ఏపీలో జీవో16 అమలుల్లోఉండేది. అయితే, యూజీసీ గుర్తింపు మాత్రమేఉన్న కాలేజీల విద్యార్థులూ..ఉద్యోగాలకు అర్హులేనంటూ జీవో 16కు సవరణగా గత జూలై 27న వ్యవసాయశాఖ ప్రిన్సిపల్‌ సెక్రటరీ 64 జీవోను జారీ చేశారు. ఈ నిర్ణయమే వివాదానికి కారణమయింది.

📚ఇంజనీరింగ్‌ విద్యకు మరమ్మతు

📚తుప్పుపట్టిన ఇంజనీరింగ్‌ సిలబ్‌సకు కొత్తరూపు తెచ్చేందుకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం పచ్చ జెండా ఊపింది. 11 సబ్జెక్టుల్లో సిలబస్ ను అధ్యయనం చేసేందుకు నియమించిన 11 కమిటీలు సిలబస్‌ మార్పు చేయాలన్న సూచనలకు కేంద్ర మానవ వనరుల శాఖ, అఖిల భారత సాంకేతిక విద్యా మండలి(ఏఐసీటీఈ) ఆమోదం తెలిపాయి. థియరీ సబ్జెక్టులను తగ్గించి ప్రాక్టికల్‌ బోధనకు ప్రాధాన్యత కల్పించాలని, కృత్రిమ మేధస్సు, మెషీన్‌ లర్నింగ్‌, ఇంటర్న్‌షిప్ పై దృష్టి సారించాలని కమిటీలు సూచించాయి. కమిటీల నివేదిక ప్రకారం.. మొదటి సంవత్సరంలో విద్యార్థులకు తక్కువ థియరీ క్లాసులుంటాయి. తొలి సెమిస్టర్‌లో ఇండక్షన్‌ ట్రైనింగ్‌కు వెళ్లాలి. చివరి సెమిస్టర్‌లో విద్యార్థులు ప్రాజెక్టు వర్క్‌ జాగ్రత్తగా చేయడానికి వీలుగా కమిటీలు సిలబ్‌సను రూపొందించాయని మానవ వనరుల శాఖ అధికారి ఒకరు తెలిపారు. అవసరంలేని అంశాలను సిలబస్‌ నుంచి తొలగించాయన్నారు.

📚కాగా, ఈ నమూనా సిలబ్‌సను అన్ని ఇంజనీరింగ్‌ కాలేజీలు, టెక్నికల్‌ ఇన్‌స్టిట్యూట్స్‌ పాటించాల్సిందే అన్నారు. ఏఐసీటీఈ త్వరలో నిబంధనలు జారీ చేస్తుందన్నారు. కేంద్రం నిర్దేశించిన సిలబ్‌సలో 70%ను కాలేజీలు తప్పనిసరిగా అనుసరించాలి. మిగతా 30% సిలబ్‌సను స్థానిక అవసరాల మేరకు బోధించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఐఐటీలు, ఎన్‌ఐటీలు మినహా దేశంలోని అన్ని సాంకేతిక విద్యా సంస్థలకు కొత్త సిలబస్‌ వర్తించనుంది. ఈ అంశానికి సంబంధించి త్వరలో కాలేజీలతో ఏఐసీటీఈ సమావేశం నిర్వహించనుంది.
తుదినిర్ణయం తర్వాత వచ్చేఏడాది జనవరి నుంచి కొత్త సిలబస్‌ అమలు చేస్తారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఓ అధికారి మాట్లాడుతూ.. ‘‘ఇంజనీరింగ్‌ విభాగంలో రోజురోజుకూ కొత్త సాంకేతికత పుట్టుకొస్తోంది. కొన్ని కాలేజీలు దశాబ్దాల నాటి పాత సిలబస్ నే బోధిస్తున్నాయి. దాని వల్ల ఇంజనీరింగ్‌ పట్టాలు సాధించినా విద్యార్థులకు ఉద్యోగాలు రావడం లేదు. అందుకే కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సిలబస్‌మార్పునకు శ్రీకారం చుట్టింది’’ అని వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.

📚 పీజీ కంప్యూటర్‌ కోర్సు వచ్చేసింది

📚వెనకబడిన పల్నాడు ప్రాంతానికి సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానంతో ముడిపడి ఉన్న కంప్యూటర్‌ ఉన్నత విద్య అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చింది. గుంటూరు జిల్లాలో నరసరావుపేట తర్వాత మాచర్ల ఎస్‌కేబీఆర్‌ ప్రభుత్వ డిగ్రీ కళాశాలకు ఈ అవకాశం లభించింది. పీజీ చదువులో ఎంఎస్‌ఈ కంప్యూటర్‌ సైన్స్‌ కోర్సు మాచర్లకు కేటాయించారు. శ్రీ ఆచార్య నాగార్జున విశ్వవిద్యాలయంలో కూడా ఈ కోర్సు అందుబాటులో లేదని మాచర్ల కళాశాల కంప్యూటర్‌ అధ్యాపకుడు నాగరాజు తెలిపారు. మాచర్ల కళాశాలకు పీజీ కంప్యూటర్‌ కోర్సు వచ్చిన నేపథ్యంలో ప్రిన్సిపల్‌ బాబు హర్షం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. వెనకబడిన ఈ ప్రాంతంలో ఈ కోర్సు ప్రయోజనకరంగా పేర్కొన్నారు.

📚మాచర్ల ప్రభుత్వ డిగ్రీ కళాశాలకు పీజీ కంప్యూటర్‌ కోర్సు రావడం కలిసి రానుంది. డిగ్రీ తర్వాత కంప్యూటర్‌లో పీజీ కోర్సు చేయాలంటే ఇతర ప్రాంతాలకు వెళ్లి రావాల్సిందే. ప్రస్తుతం మాచర్ల అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చిన నేపథ్యంలో మాచర్ల, వినుకొండ, గురజాల, సత్తెనపల్లితో పాటు, జిల్లాలోని పలు ప్రాంతాల వారికి వెసులుబాటుగా ఉండబోతుంది. ఫీజులు విషయంలో రీఎంబర్స్‌మెంట్‌ అవకాశం ఉంది. దీంతో ఫీజులు కూడా ప్రభుత్వమే చెల్లిస్తుంది. 2018- 2019 సంవత్సరంలో ఈ పీజీ విద్య అందుబాటులోకి రానుంది.

 ✍గ్రూప్‌-2 మెయిన్స్‌ ఫలితాల విడుదలకు ఎపిపిఎస్‌సి కసరత్తు ముమ్మరం చేసింది. ఈ నెలాఖరు నాటికి ఫలితాలు విడుదల చేసేందుకు సన్నాహాలు చేస్తోంది. ఇప్పటికే తుది ''కీ''ని విడుదల చేసింది. గత ఏడాది నవంబర్‌లో 982 పోస్టులతో గ్రూప్‌-2 నోటిఫికేషన్‌ విడుదలైంది. ఫిబ్రవరి 26న జరిగిన స్క్రీనింగ్‌ టెస్ట్‌ నిర్వహించగా, మెయిన్స్‌కు 49,106 అర్హత సాధించారు.

 ✍జులై 16, 17 తేదీల్లో మెయిన్స్‌ పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించారు. అయితే ప్రశ్న పత్రాలు లీక్‌ అయ్యాయని, నిబంధనలకు విరుద్ధంగా పలు సెంటర్లలో పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించారంటూ ఆందోళనలు మొదలయ్యాయి. దీంతో లీకేజీ అంశంలో పాటు విశాఖ జిల్లాలోని గీతం వర్సిటీ, ప్రకాశం జిల్లా చీరాల పరీక్షా కేంద్రంలో అక్రమాలు చోటుచేసుకున్నాయని వచ్చిన ఆరోపణలపై ఎపిపిఎస్‌సి విచారణ చేపట్టింది. పరీక్ష హాల్‌ నుంచి బయటకు వెళ్లిన విద్యార్ధులను వీడియో ఫుటేజీ ఆధారంగా మినహాయించి మిగిలిన వారి జవాబు పత్రాలను పరిగణలోకి తీసుకుంటున్నట్లు ప్రకటించారు.

🔹ఎనిమిది ప్రశ్నలు తొలగింపు

✍మెయిన్స్‌ పరీక్షలల్లో ఒకే ప్రశ్నకు ఒకటి కంటే ఎక్కువ జవాబులు ఉండడం, సిలబస్‌లో లేని ప్రశ్నలు అడగటం వంటి అంశాలపై అభ్యర్థులు అభ్యంతరాలు వ్యక్తం చేశారు. వీటిని ఎపిపిఎస్‌సి నిపుణుల కమిటీకి నివేదించింది. అభ్యంతరాలను పరిశీలించిన నిపుణుల కమిటీ, అభ్యర్థులు సూచించిన అభ్యంతరాలపై ఏకాభిప్రాయానికి రావడంతో తుది ''కీ''ని కూడా విడుదల చేశారు. పేపరు-2లో మూడు, పేపరు-3లో ఐదు ప్రశ్నలపై అభ్యంతరాలు వ్యక్తం కావడంతో నిపుణుల కమిటీ వాటిని తొలగిస్తూ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. మరికొన్ని ప్రశ్నలకు సంబంధించి జవాబులు ఒకటికి బదులు రెండు సమాధానాలు ఇవ్వడంతో వాటిలో దేనిని గుర్తించినా మార్కులు ఇవ్వాలని నిపుణుల కమిటీ సిఫార్సు చేసింది. మూడు పేపర్లలో కలిని ఇలాంటి ప్రశ్నలు 13 వరకు ఉన్నాయి. మరోవైపు తుది ''కీ''పైనా అభ్యంతరాలు వ్యక్తం అవుతున్నాయి.

 ✍ఎపిపిఎస్‌సి ప్రకటించిన ప్రశ్నలకు కాకుండా మరికొన్ని ప్రశ్నలకు ఒకటి కంటే ఎక్కువ జవాబులు ఉన్నాయని చెబుతున్నారు. చాలా వరకు ప్రశ్నలు సిలబస్‌లో లేని అంశాలపై ఇచ్చారని ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు. కొత్త సిలబస్‌ కావడంతో ప్రశ్నా పత్రాల రూపకల్పన, జవాబుల గుర్తింపులో ఎగ్జామినర్లు సరిగా వ్యవహరించలేదని ఆరోపిస్తున్నారు. ఈ అభ్యంతరాలపై నిపుణుల కమిటీ ఏకాభిప్రాయానికి వచ్చిన అనంతరమే తుది 'కీ'ని విడుదల చేశామని ఎపిపిఎస్‌సి వర్గాలు స్పష్టం చేస్తున్నాయి.

🔹ఆ 159 మందితో నేరుగా విచారణ

✍గ్రూప్‌-2 మెయిన్స్‌ పరీక్షల్లో జరిగిన గందరగోళంపై విచారణ చేపట్టిన అధికారులు పలువురు అభ్యర్థుల రెస్పాన్స్‌ షీట్‌లను రిజర్వ్‌ చేసింది. వివాదాస్పదంగా మారిన విశాఖ గీతం పరీక్షా కేంద్రంతో పాటు ప్రకాశం జిల్లాలోని చీరాలలోని పరీక్షా కేంద్రాల వీడియూ ఫూటేజీలను పరిశీలించిన అధికారులు 159 మంది అభ్యర్ధులు పరీక్షా హాల్‌ నుంచి బయటకు వచ్చినట్లు గుర్తించారు. వారిపై త్వరలో నేరుగా ముఖాముఖి విచారణ చేపట్టి సంజాయిషీ పత్రాలు తీసుకుంటామని అధికారులు తెలిపారు. వారి జవాబు పత్రాలను మూల్యాంకనం చేయాలా..? వద్దా..? అనేది వారిచ్చే సమాధానాలను బట్టి నిర్ణయిస్తామని అధికారులు తెలిపారు.

✍2011 గ్రూప్‌-1 ఇంటర్వ్యూలెప్పుడో?

✍అది 2011 నాటి గ్రూప్‌-1 సర్వీసెస్‌ నోటిఫికేషన్‌. ఆరేళ్లయినా ఖాళీ పోస్టులను మాత్రం భర్తీచేయలేకపోయారు. కనీసం ఇంటర్వ్యూలనూ నిర్వహించలేకపోయారు. ఈ పరిస్థితికి ఏపీపీఎస్సీ చేసిన తప్పిదాలే కారణమంటూ అభ్యర్థులు వాపోతున్నారు. ఉమ్మడి రాష్ట్రంలో 2011లో ఏపీపీఎస్సీ గ్రూప్‌-1 నోటిఫికేషన్‌ విడుదల చేసింది. ప్రిలిమ్స్‌లో క్వాలిఫై అయిన అభ్యర్థులకు 1:50 నిష్పత్తిలో 2012లో మెయిన్స్‌ నిర్వహించారు. అందులో అర్హులైన అభ్యర్థులకు 2013లో ఇంటర్వ్యూలు జరిపారు.

✍ప్రిలిమనరీలో ఇచ్చిన తప్పుల నేపథ్యంలో, సుప్రీంకోర్టు తీర్పుతో మూడేళ్ల తర్వాత, అంటే 2016 సెప్టెంబరులో మళ్లీ మెయిన్స్‌ నిర్వహించారు. ఈ ఏడాది జనవరి నెలలో ఇంటర్వ్యూ షెడ్యూల్‌ విడుదల చేశారు. అయితే మెయిన్స్‌ పేపర్‌-5లో తప్పులు దొర్లడంతో వాటిని తొలగించి .. ఆ మేరకు స్కేలింగ్‌ చేస్తామంటూ.. గత మార్చిలో కొత్త జాబితా విడుదల చేశారు. ఏప్రిల్‌లో ఆయా అభ్యర్థులకు ఇంటర్వ్యూలు నిర్వహిస్తామని ఏపీపీఎస్సీ ప్రకటించింది. కానీ ఇంటర్వ్యూ రాని కొంతమంది అభ్యర్థులు ఏపీఏటీ ని ఆశ్రయించగా, స్టే విధించింది.

✍ఏప్రిల్‌ నుంచి స్టే కొనసాగుతోంది. గతంలో చాలా నోటిఫికేషన్ల విషయంలో పై కోర్టులకువెళ్లి స్టే ఎత్తివేయించిన ఏపీపీఎస్సీ.. ఈ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ విషయంలో మాత్రం చొరవ తీసుకోవడంలేదని అభ్యర్థులు వాపోతున్నారు. మే నెలలో చైర్మన్‌, సెక్రెటరీని కలవగా, మీరు కూడా ఇంప్లీడ్‌ అవ్వమని సలహా ఇచ్చారని వారు తెలిపారు. ఏపీపీఎస్సీ చేసిన తప్పులకు రెండుసార్లు ఇంటర్వ్యూలకు అర్హత సాధించినప్పటికీ, ఆరు సంవత్సరాలైనా రిక్రూట్‌మెంట్‌ పూర్తి కాలేదని ఆవేదన చెందుతున్నారు.

Eligibility Criteria:

I. Nationality/ Citizenship:
A candidate must be either -
(i) a Citizen of India or
(ii) a subject of Nepal or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan or
(iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or

The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet/ Degree Certificate that he/ she is a Graduate on the day he/ she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in computer operations/ Language/ should have studied Computer/ Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/ College/ Institute.

Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/ UT (candidates should know how to read/ write and speak the Official Language of the State/UT) for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply is preferable. The number of vacancies for this year IBPS clerk has been lower than the last year and some states have seen a rise in the number of vacancies and some of the states have seen fall in the number of vacancies. IBPS Clerical Cadre Exam Pattern Details: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts Common Written Examination (CWE) for the recruitment of Clerical Cadre vacancies in public sector Banks. The common written examination pattern details are given below…

Exam Pattern:

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts this Online Common Written Exam for Clerical Cadre posts. The examination will be two tier i.e. the online examination will be held in two phases, preliminary and main. Total marks of Preliminary exam is 100 in a duration of 1 hour for objective type questions & total marks of Main exam is 200 in a duration of 2 hours for objective type questions. The tests except the Test of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.

Scores: The corrected scores obtained by each of the candidates in different sessions (if held) will be normalized using equipercentile method. Penality for Wrong Answers:
There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.

Cutoff Score: Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test and also a minimum total score to be considered to be shortlisted for interview. Depending on number of the State/ UT wise vacancies available, cutoffs will be decided and candidates will be shortlisted for interview. Prior to the completion of the interview process, scores obtained in the online examination will not be shared with the candidates shortlisted for interview.

Age limit: Candidates age limit should be between 20 to 28 years as on 01-09-2017, i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-09-1989 and not later than 01-09-1997 (both dates inclusive). Age Relaxation is 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD candidates admissible as per rules & other relaxation details refer the notification.

Educational Qualification: Candidate should possess Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government, have valid Mark-sheet/ Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduateon the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online, with Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/ Language/ should have studied Computer/ Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/ College/ Institute.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Online Examination (Preliminary and Main).

Note: Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/ UT (candidates should know how to read/ write and speak the Official Language of the State/ UT) for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply is preferable.

Application Fee: Applicants required to pay Rs.100/- for SC/ ST/ PWD/ EXSM candidates and Rs.600/- for all others through online by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ Master Card/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
