Syllabus for IBPS RRB 2017 Exam

    Reasoning Ability

Reasoning Ability is an onerous section. With the increasing complexity of questions, it becomes hard for one to give it the cold shoulder. Earlier students used to have a mindset of ignoring the complex puzzles, thereby solving the other questions that were comparatively easy. But to their dismay, this strategy won’t be working anymore as so many questions from the other topics like directions, etc. are being asked in the form of puzzles only. The only way to make the grade in this particular section in the forthcoming exam of IBPS RRB is to practice continuously with all your heart and soul. Following is the syllabus of Reasoning Ability for IBPS RRB 2017 Examination:

    General Awareness

So much is happening around the globe every day that unless you keep yourself abreast of these updates you cannot adjust yourself to deal with the GA section of any exam smoothly and easily. The questions asked in last year's General Awareness Section were mainly based on Banking Awareness, Static Awareness, and Current Affairs. Unless one knows the historical background or the geographical location of the events reported, they will convey little of value of importance. In short, one must bring to the reading of newspapers an educated mind, an informed judgment, and an essentially critical understanding, if they are to serve any purpose in the forthcoming competitive examinations.
    • Banking and Insurance Awareness
    • Financial Awareness
    • Govt. Schemes and Policies
    • Current Affairs
    • Static Awareness
