Probation and Confirmation: The selected candidates will be on probation for a period of 1 year for MMGS-II & 2 years for JMGS-I from the date of joining. Their confirmation in the Bank‟s service will be decided in terms of the provisions of the Syndicate Bank (Officers) Service Regulations. Posting and Transferability of the selected candidates: The selected candidates will be posted and thereafter liable to be transferred any where in India.
1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: NATIONALITY/ CITIZENSHIP:
A candidate must be either i) a Citizen of India or ii) a subject of Nepal or iii) subject of Bhutan or iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India. Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India. A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the interview to be conducted by the Bank but on final selection the offer of appointment will be given only after the Government of India has issued the necessary eligibility certificate to him/her.

Note:
a) An Ex-Serviceman who has once joined a government job on the civil side after availing of the benefits given to him as an ex-serviceman for his re-employment, his ex-serviceman status for the purpose of re-employment in Government ceases.
There is no reservation for Ex servicemen in officers Cadre.
b) In the case of a candidate who is eligible for relaxation under more than one of the above categories, the age relaxation will be available on cumulative basis with any one of the remaining categories for which age relaxation is permitted as mentioned above. This cumulative age relaxation is available to SC/ST/OBC candidates only.

4 RESERVATIONS: A. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC candidates will be provided as per Government guidelines. Candidates belonging to and applying under „Reserved OBC category” are required to submit a Certificate regarding his/her „Community‟ in the prescribed format “FORM OF CERTIFICATE TO BE PRODUCED BY OTHER BACKWARD CLASSES APPLYING FOR APPOINTMENT TO POSTS UNDER THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA” (Format available on Bank’s website along with this Notification) and the certificate should contain the “Non-creamy Layer Clause” which is not more than one year old. Candidates not producing the above certificate will not be considered under the OBC category. B. Persons with Disabilities:
Reservation is available to Persons with Disabilities under Sec. 33 of Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995. Only such persons would be eligible for reservation in services/posts who suffer from not less than 40% of the relevant disability. A disability certificate issued by a Medical Board at the District level consisting of Chief Medical Officer, Sub-Divisional Medical Officer in the District and a member who is a specialist in Orthopedics, ENT or Ophthalmology, as the case may be, shall be produced. Accordingly, candidates with the following disabilities are eligible to apply for the posts reserved/identified for them.
i. Visually Impaired (VI)- Blindness” refers to a condition where a Person suffers from any of the following conditions: (i) Total absence of sight (ii) Visual acuity not exceeding 6/60 or 20/200 (Snellen) in the better eye with correcting lenses, (iii) Limitation of the field of vision subtending an angle of 20 degree or worse. Low vision” means a person with impairment of visual functioning even after treatment or standard refractive correction but who uses or is potentially capable of using vision for the planning or execution of a task with appropriate assistive device.

ii. Deaf & Hearing Impaired (HI) The deaf are those persons in whom the sense of hearing is non functional for ordinary purpose of life i.e. total loss of hearing in both ears. They do not hear; understand sounds at all even with amplified speech. Hearing impairment means loss of 60 decibels or more in the better ear in the conversational range of frequencies. iii. Orthopedically Challenged (OC) :- Only those Orthopedically Challenged candidates who have locomotor disability or cerebral palsy with locomotor impairment of minimum of 40% and only those who fall in the following categories are eligible to apply:

5. THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY FOR ISSUE OF CERTIFICATE TO SC/ST/OBC CANDIDATES IS AS UNDER:
(a) For SC/ST/OBC:

(b) For Persons with Disabilities:
Authorised Certifying Authority will be Medical Board at the District level. The Medical Board consists of Chief Medical Officer, Sub-Divisional Medical Officer in the District and a member who is a specialist in Orthopedics, ENT or Ophthalmology, as the case may be.
6. SELECTION PROCEDURE:- For the position of Manager (Law), CA & Technical Officer in JMG/S- I the candidates shall administer online test and successful candidates will thereafter, be called for GD/interview.
For the post of Manager (Security) Bank reserve the right whether to conduct online test and/or GD/interview depending on the number of eligible candidates applying for the posts indicated. For the purpose of GD/interview, eligible candidates will be shortlisted and will be called for GD / interview. Candidates possessing more than prescribed work experience in the relevant discipline shall get preference. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for GD/Interview. The Bank reserves the

right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the GD/Interview after preliminary screening / short-listing with reference to candidates qualifications, suitability, experience, etc. Wherever Online test is conducted, candidates shall be called for GD / interview on the basis of their performance in the Online test which is likely to be conducted at cites in Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bhopal, Bengaluru, Belgaum, Bhubaneswar, Coimbatore, Chennai, Chandigarh, Guwahati, Gwalior, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Kochi, Lucknow, Madurai, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Rajkot, Ranchi, Thiruvananthapuram, Vijayawada and Vishakhapatnam. However, Bank reserves the right to cancel or add any centre, depending upon number of candidates applied.
i) GD/ personal interview shall be conducted to assess the candidate‟s personality, level of communication, clarity & problem solving innovativeness, level of efficiency, willingness to work in any part of the country, suitability for the post etc. The minimum qualifying marks would be 40% for General Category and 35% for Reserved category. Candidates not clearing the GD/interview will not be considered for final selection.
ii) The post wise number of vacancies is provisional and may vary according to actual requirements of the Bank.

b. Examination Centers:
(i) The examination will be conducted online in Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bhopal, Bengaluru, Belgaum, Bhubaneswar, Coimbatore, Chennai, Chandigarh, Guwahati, Gwalior, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Kochi, Lucknow, Madurai, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Rajkot, Ranchi, Thiruvananthapuram, Vijayawada and Vishakhapatnam.
(ii) No request for change of centre for Examination shall be entertained.
(ii) Bank, however, reserves the right to cancel any of the Examination Centres and/ or add some other Centres, at its discretion, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc.
(iv) BANK also reserves the right to allot the candidate to any centre other than the one he/she has opted for. (v) Candidate will appear for the examination at an Examination Centre at his/her own risks and expenses and Bank will not be responsible for any injury or losses etc. of any nature.

8. GENERAL ELIGIBILITY: Medical Fitness, Character and caste (wherever applicable) verification of selected candidates: The appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their being declared medically Fit by a Doctor or a panel of Doctors approved by the Bank and upon satisfactory verification of their character, antecedents and caste certificates (wherever applicable). Till such time, their appointment will be provisional. 9. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:-
1. Candidates are required to apply „online’ only. Any other form of application shall be rejected.
2. Candidates can apply only for one post. Multiple Applications will be summarily rejected.
3. Before applying, the candidate should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility and other norms mentioned in this advertisement. Decision of the Bank in all matters regarding eligibility of the candidate, the stages at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken, the documents to be produced for the purpose of the conduct of interview, selection and any other matter relating to recruitment will be final and binding on the candidate. No correspondence or personal enquiries will be entertained by the Bank in this behalf.
4. In case, it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfil the eligibility norms and/or that he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information/ certificate/documents or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcoming/s is/are detected even after appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated.
5. All candidates will have to produce original as well as attested photocopies of certificates regarding qualification, experience, date of birth and caste (if applicable), in support of their eligibility at the time of interview, failing which their candidature will be cancelled.
6. In case of candidates belonging to OBC category, the certificate inter-alia must specify that the candidate does not belong to „CREAMY LAYER‟ section excluded from the benefits of reservations for OBCs in Civil Post and Services under Govt. of India. OBC certificate should not be more than one year old as on the date of application.
7. The candidates will have to appear for the GD/interview at their own expense. However, unemployed eligible SC/ST outstation candidates attending the GD/Interview will be reimbursed to and fro second-class ordinary train/bus fare by the shortest route on production of evidence of travel.
8. Only candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should apply.
9. Any resultant dispute arising out of this advertisement shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the Courts situated at Udupi. The Bank takes no responsibility to connect any Certificate/Remittance sent separately.
10. Candidates serving in Government/ Public Sector Undertaking (including Bank) should produce a „No Objection Certificate‟ from their employer at the time of interview, in the absence of which, his/ her candidature may not be considered.

11. In case any dispute arises on account of interpretation of version other than English, English version will prevail and the version displayed on website shall be final.
12. The candidates will appear for the Test/interview at the allotted centres at their expense and risks and the Bank will not be responsible for any injury/ losses, etc. of any nature.
13. Appointment of selected candidates is subject to his/her being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank. Such appointment will also be subject to the Service & Conduct Rules of the Bank.
14. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
15. Bank reserves the right to change the selection procedure, if necessary. The change, if any, shall be communicated to the candidates in advance.
16. Bank would be free to reject the candidature of any candidate at any stage of the recruitment process, if he/she is found to be ineligible. If appointed, such a candidate may be summarily removed and the fees paid by the ineligible candidates shall be forfeited.
17. The final selection will be on the basis of performance in Test / Group Discussion/ interview only.
18. The selected candidates shall execute a Service Bond of ₹. 2.0 lacs at the time of joining the Bank undertaking to serve the Bank for a minimum Service period of 2 years.
19. Action against candidates found guilty of misconduct:-Candidates are advised in their own interest that they should not furnish any particulars that are false, tampered, fabricated or should not suppress any material information while filling up the „online‟ application. At the time of Test/GD/Interview, if a candidate is (or has been) found guilty of:

(i) Scan their photograph and signature ensuring that both the photograph and signature adhere to the required specifications as given under Guidelines for photograph & signature scan and upload.
(ii) Have a valid personal email ID and mobile no., which should be kept active till the completion of this Recruitment Process. Bank may send call letters for the Online Test/GD/Interview etc. through the registered e-mail ID. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID and mobile no. before applying on-line and must maintain that email account and mobile number.

Candidates to go to the Bank‟s website www.syndicatebank.in and click on the „CAREER‟ and then click on the link “Recruitment of Specialist Officers” this will open a new window and in this window click on “APPLY ONLINE”
(i) option “APPLY ONLINE” which will open a new screen.
(ii) To register application choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent

(iii) In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he / she can save the data already entered by choosing “SAVE AND NEXT” tab. Prior to submission of the online application candidates are advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required. Visually Impaired candidates should fill the application form carefully and verify/ get the details verified to ensure that the same are correct prior to final submission.
(iv) Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the FINAL SUBMIT BUTTON.
(v) The Name of the candidate or his /her Father/ Husband etc. should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the Certificates/ Mark sheets. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
(vi) Validate your details and Save your application by clicking the „Validate your details‟ and „Save & Next‟ button.
(vii) Candidates can proceed to upload Photo & Signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature detailed under point “C”.
(viii) Candidates can proceed to fill other details of the Application Form.
(ix) Click on the Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before FINAL SUBMIT.
(x) Modify details, if required, and click on „FINAL SUBMIT‟ only after verifying and ensuring that the photograph, signature uploaded and other details filled by you are correct.

1. The application form is integrated with the payment gateway and the payment process can be completed by following the instructions.
2. The payment can be made by using only Master/ Visa Debit or Credit cards or Internet Banking.
3. After submitting your payment information in the online application form, PLEASE WAIT FOR THE INTIMATION FROM THE SERVER. DO NOT PRESS BACK OR REFRESH BUTTON IN ORDER TO AVOID DOUBLE CHARGE
4. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-Receipt will be generated.
5. Non-generation of ‟E-Receipt‟ indicates PAYMENT FAILURE. On failure of payment, Candidates are advised to login again using their Provisional Registration Number and Password and repeat the process of payment.
6. Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-Receipt and online Application Form. Please note that if the same cannot be generated online transaction may not have been successful.
7. For Credit Card users: All charges are listed in Indian Rupee. If you use a non-Indian credit card, your bank will convert to your local currency based on prevailing exchange rates.

C. Guidelines for scanning and Upload of Photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm) & Signature Before applying online a candidate will be required to have a scanned (digital) image of his/her photograph and signature as per the specifications given below. Photograph Image:
- Photograph must be a recent passport style colour picture.
- Make sure that the picture is in colour, taken against a light-coloured, preferably white, background.
- Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face
- If the picture is taken on a sunny day, have the sun behind you, or place yourself in the shade, so that you are not squinting and there are no harsh shadows
- If you have to use flash, ensure there's no "red-eye"
- If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen.
- Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face.
- Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
- Size of file should be between 20kb–50 kb
- Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb. If the size of the file is more than 50 kb, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no. of colours etc., during the process of scanning.
Signature Image:
- The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen.
- The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
- The signature will be used to put on the Call Letter and wherever necessary.
- If the Applicant‟s signature on the answer script, at the time of the examination, does not match the signature on the Call Letter, the applicant will be disqualified.

Author Neil Gaiman Named U.N. Goodwill Ambassador
i. The author Neil Gaiman has been appointed as a global Goodwill Ambassador of the UN Refugee Agency,UNHCR by Filippo Grandi, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees. 
ii. He has appointed to raise awareness about the plight of forcibly displaced people and to generate much needed funds.


Delhi: India’s first heliport inaugurated in Rohini
i. Built by Pawan Hans Limited, a Public Sector Undertaking of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, India’s first heliport has been inaugurated in north Delhi’s Rohini. Union Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju inaugurated the heliport. 
ii. Pawan Hans Ltd Chairman and Managing Director B P Sharma stated that The heliport has come up at an investment of Rs 100 crore.The heliport has a terminal building having capacity of 150 passengers, four hangars with parking capacity of 16 helicopters and nine parking bays. 

SIDBI, CSFB pact to help MSMEs avail loans at cheaper rate
i. SIDBI signed an agreement with the Capital Small Finance Bank (CSFB) to enable it to provide loans at a concessional rate to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through a multi-pronged strategy comprising of concessional funding at MCLR of CSFB (presently 9.60%) under refinance from SIDBI.
 ii. The MoU also envisages joint financing/co-financing of MSMEs for capital expenditure under ‘SIDBI Make in India Soft Loan Fund for Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises’, popularly known as SMILE, at a concessional rate of 9.60% by SIDBI

OECD cuts India's growth forcast to 7%
i. Paris based think tank Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has cut India's growth forecast for this fiscal year (2016-2017) to 7% from 7.4% earlier (2015-2016) because of demonetization.
ii. But stated that the pace will accelerate to 7.3% next fiscal (2017-2018) and higher in Financial Year 2019. According to OECD India is already in the process of implementing a gradual reduction in corporate income tax to 25% from 30%.

i. Senior IAS officer Sumit Mullick appointed as the Chief Secretary of Maharashtra. Mullick will succeed Swadheen Kshatriya, who was due for retirement on 31st of January,2017 but was given a month's extension. 
ii. He had earlier served as the Divisional Commissioner of Amravati and worked as Secretary of School Education. He was also Secretary to the Governor.

Lakshmi Vilas Bank ties with Centrum for its wealthy clients 
i. South-based Lakshmi Vilas Bank has tied up with Centrum Group in which the bank will refer its High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) to Centrum for wealth management and family office services. 
ii. Centrum will conduct the business through its wealth management arm, Centrum Wealth Management and will offer its existing portfolio of wealth management services to the bank’s HNI clients. 
iii. This is the first time in the country that a private bank has given the charge to an independent professional wealth.

American Express launches 'Buyer Initiated Payments' to eliminate cheque, draft payments
i. American Express, a global leader in payment solutions has launched an electronic payment platform linked to corporate card, Buyer Initiated Payments (BIP) to eliminate payment through cheques or drafts. 
ii. The BIP card will help organizations and their vendors by reducing the processing cost and offer extended payment terms compared to traditional invoice payments. BIP enables companies to increase the Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) while still paying vendors on time management firm for such services.

Canara, HSBC and OBC Banks launched iSelect Term Plan
i. Canara, HSBC and Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance launched iSelect term plan to expand its online product suit with the meant for family protection.

ii. The agreement was signed by Arif Amiri, chief executive officer of DIFC Authority and Ajay Pandey, director and group CEO of GIFT SEZ.

Cisco, Reliance Jio to build largest all-IP services platform
i. LTE mobile network operator Reliance Jio has announced a collaboration with the networking giant Cisco to expand Jio’s existing multi-terabit capacity with the first All-IP converged network in India. 
ii. With this Jio can offer a combination of high-speed data, mobile video, VoLTE, digital commerce, media, cloud and payment services.

MEITY to promote digital transactions in place of NITI Aayog
i. The government has shifted the responsibility of promoting digital transactions in the country to the Ministry of IT and Electronics (MEITY) from NITI Aayog. 
ii. MEITY is responsible for promotion of e-governance for empowering citizens as well as promoting inclusive and sustainable growth of electronics and IT in the country. 

iii. Now NITI Aayog will focus on monitoring and suggesting ways to improve various government schemes rather than getting involved with implementation.

EU member states approve visa-free travel for Georgia
i. European Union member states approved visa-free travel for Georgia, after agreeing safeguards to prevent any upsurge in arrivals from the former Soviet satellite. 
ii. Under the accord, Georgian citizens will be able to travel visa-free for 90 days in the EU during any 180-day period. 
iii. The accord does not apply to the United Kingdom or Ireland.

India & Ukraine to strengthen bilateral cooperation through Cinema 
i. Minister for Information & Broadcasting M Venkaiah Naidu and Member of the Parliament of Ukraine and Chairman of the National Council of Television Ukraine Mr. Iurii Artemenko have agreed to strengthen the bilateral cooperation between the two countries through the medium of Cinema in New Delhi. 
ii. The cooperation would be helpful to showcase films through the medium of Film Festivals and utilizing the Film Facilitation Office platform established by India.

Iran and Russia Agrees Road map to Jointly Produce Nuclear Fuel
i. Iran's Atomic Energy Organisation (AEOI) stated that Russia and Iran have reached an agreement to jointly produce nuclear fuel.

Government Issues Sovereign Gold Bonds 2016-17-Series IV
i. The Government of India launched the 7th tranche of the Sovereign Gold Bonds and it will be the last offering for 2016-17.
ii. The Sovereign Gold Bonds 2016-17–Series IV will be issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on behalf of Government of India. Applications for the bond has accepted from February 27, 2017 to March 03, 2017 and the Bonds will be issued on March 17, 2017. 
iii. The Bonds will be sold through banks, Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited (SHCIL), designated post offices, National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Bombay Stock Exchange.

Suresh Prabhu flags off first Antyodaya Express between Ernakulam, Howrah
i. Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu flagged off the first Antyodaya Express a long distance, fully unreserved, superfast train service between Kochi's Ernakulam Junction and Howrah Junction through video conferencing from Rail Bhavan. 
ii. The new clan of trains will have facilities like cushioned luggage racks which can serve as seats, potable drinking water dispenser, mobile charging points, modular toilets of reinforced plastic, toilet occupation indication display board, LED lights among others for comfortable long distance travel.The 22-coach train will cover a distance of 2,307 kilometers in 37 hours.

Haryana Launches Online Sex Ratio Monitoring System For Panipat
i. The Haryana government has set up an online system for Panipat to monitor the sex-ratio in the district as part of the 'Beti Bachao Beti Padhao' programme.
ii. The system, called the sex ratio monitoring dashboard, will have the data of child sex-ratio collected from all villages by the Health and Women and Child Welfare Departments every month.
iii. The dashboard had been developed in association with National Informatics Centre (NIC) as a pilot project.The dashboard is also proving to be an effective tool for enhancing ground-level coordination between the Health and Women and Child Welfare Departments.

Apollo Munich and Dena Bank Enters Into Bancassurance Tie-Up 
i. Standalone health insurer Apollo Munich Health Insurance expanding its footprint across the country with bancassurance tie-up with state-owned Dena Bank. 
ii. Under the tie-up the bank will distribute customized Apollo Munich Health insurance and personal accident policies to the bank's 20 million customers nationwide. 

SIDBI expert panel sanctions Rs 1,112 cr to funds for startups
i. An expert committee Venture Capital Investment Committee (VCIC) set up by SIDBI has sanctioned Rs 300 crore to fund managers who would invest in startups, taking the total sanctions so far this fiscal (2017) to over Rs 1,100 crore. 
ii. During the fiscal year 2014-15 and 2015-16 sanctions were made to 11 funds (Rs 314 crores) and 16 funds (Rs 607 crores) respectively while the number during the current financial year (2017) has already crossed Rs 1,112 crores to 30 funds.

Paytm arm unveils online shopping portal Paytm Mall
i. Paytm E-Commerce, the online marketplace arm of One97 Communications Pvt. Ltd, launched Paytm Mall, a mobile app and online shopping portal.
ii.  Paytm Mall is the new avatar of Paytm’s three-year-old e-commerce business. 
iii. Paytm Mall will allow customers to shop from 68 million products across categories such as fashion, electronics, consumer durables and home furnishings, from about 140,000 sellers.

Tata Communications partners with HPE for roll-out of LoRa network
i. Tata Communications is partnering with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) to support the roll-out of the former's Internet of Things platform, the LoRa network.
ii. The company will also work with HPE to provide a range of domestic and cross-border IoT connectivity and management services, particularly for applications requiring elements of mobility, such as connected cars, fleet management and transportation services.

ఇలాంటి ప్రశ్నలు ప్రతి ఇంటర్వ్యూలో ఎదురవుతుంటాయి. ఎందుకంటే చాలాసార్లు వీటికి సరియైన సమాధానం ఉండదు. మరి ఇంటర్వ్యూలను ఎదుర్కొనేదెలా? ఎలాగైనా ఉద్యోగం సంపాదించాలనే లక్ష్యంతో విద్యార్థి ఉంటాడు. ఒక ఉద్యోగి మరింత ఉన్నత స్థానాన్ని కోరుకుంటాడు. లక్ష్యం ఏదైనా ఇంటర్వ్యూను సక్సెస్ ఫుల్‌గా పూర్తిచేయడం చాలాముఖ్యం.

ఎ - ఆటిట్యూడ్‌ ఆఫ్‌ పాజిటివిటి : పాజిటివ్‌ థింకింగ్‌ ఉండాలి. అంతా మంచే జరుగుతుందని అనుకుంటే మంచే జరుగుతుంది. ‘వేర్‌ దేర్‌ ఈజ్‌ ఎ విల్‌, దేర్‌ ఈజ్‌ ఎ వే’ అనే సామెత తెలుసు కదా. దాన్ని గుర్తుంచుకోవాలి. మీరు వెళ్లే మార్గంలో ఎన్నో అడ్డంకులుంటాయి. వాటన్నింటిని అధిగమిస్తేనే విజయం మీ సొంతమవుతుంది. పౌలో చెప్పినట్టుగా ఏదైనా కావాలని మీరు బలంగా కోరుకున్నట్లయితే అది మీకు దక్కడానికి ప్రపంచమంతా మీకు సహాయపడుతుంది. పుస్తకాలు చదవడం ద్వారా కూడా పాజిటివ్‌ థింకింగ్‌ను పెంచుకోవచ్చు. పాజిటివ్‌గా ఉంటే విజయం మిమ్మల్నే వరిస్తుంది.

బి - బుకిష్‌ నో హౌ : జ్ఞానం చాలా శక్తివంతమైంది. ఇంటర్వ్యూని విజయవంతంగా పూర్తి చేయాలంటే సబ్జెక్ట్‌ నాలెడ్జ్‌లో పర్‌ఫెక్ట్‌గా ఉండాలి. ఎలాంటి ప్రశ్నలు అడిగినా సమాధానం చెప్పగలిగేలా ప్రిపేర్‌ అవ్వాలి. ఇందుకోసం పుస్తకాలు చదవాలి. లైబ్రరీలకు వెళ్లాలి. ఎక్స్‌పర్ట్స్‌తో మాట్లాడాలి. మీరు ఏరంగంలో పనిచేయాలనుకుంటున్నారో ఆ రంగంపై అవగాహన పెంచుకోవాలి.

డి - డ్రీమ్‌ : ప్రతి ఒక్కరికి ఒక డ్రీమ్‌ ఉంటుంది. దాన్ని తెలుసుకోవడానికి ఇంటర్వ్యూలో ప్రయత్నిస్తారు. అందుకే ఐదేళ్ల తరువాత మీరు ఏ పొజిషన్‌లో ఉండాలనుకుంటున్నారని అడుగుతారు. గొప్ప గొప్ప పనులు పూర్తి చేయాలంటే కలలు కూడా కనాలి. ప్లానింగ్‌ ఒక్కటే సరిపోదు, నమ్మకం కూడా ఉండాలి.

ఇ - ఎక్స్‌ప్రెస్‌ : తెలిసిన విషయాన్ని సరియైున పద్ధతిలో చెప్పడం కూడా ముఖ్యమే. ఇంటర్వ్యూలో దీనికి చాలా ప్రాధాన్యం ఉంటుంది. కమ్యునికేషన్‌పైనే విజయం ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది. నాకు తెలుసు కానీ, ఎలా చెప్పాలో తెలియలేదు అంటారు. అలాంటి వాటికి తావివ్వకూడదు. ఆత్మవిశ్వాసంతో ఉన్నప్పుడే బాగా ఎక్స్‌ప్రెస్‌ చేయగలుగుతారు. మీరు ఏం చెప్పాలనుకుంటున్నారో దాన్ని సూటిగా చెప్పేందుకు అవసరమైన టెక్నిక్స్‌ను నేర్చుకోండి. అవకాశం మళ్లీమళ్లీ రాదు. వచ్చిన అవకాశాన్ని వదులుకోవడం సరికాదు. వీటిని ఫాలో అయిపోండి. ఇంటర్వ్యూలో విజేతలు కండి.
