                  ప్రస్తుతం దేశ యువతను నిరుద్యోగం కమ్ముకుందనడంలో ఏమాత్రం సందేహం లేదు. డిప్లొమా, డిగ్రీ, బీటెక్, ఎంటెక్, పీజీ.. విద్యార్హత ఏదైనా సరే.. స్వీపర్ పోస్టులకు కూడా దరఖాస్తు చేస్తున్నారంటే పరిస్థితులు ఎలా ఉన్నాయో ఇట్టే అర్థం చేసుకోవచ్చు. చదువు అయిపోగానే ఏవో కొన్ని కోర్సులు నేర్చుకుని ఇంటర్వ్యూలకు ప్రిపేర్ అవుతున్నారు. ఫేక్ ఎక్స్‌పీరియన్స్‌తో రెజ్యూమ్‌లను, సర్టిఫికెట్లను క్రియేట్ చేసి ఇంటర్వ్యూలకు అటెండ్ అవుతున్న నేటి తరం యువత సంఖ్య తక్కువేమీ కాదు. కష్టపడి చదివినా, ప్రైమరీ ఎగ్జామ్‌లో పాస్ అయినా.. ఇంటర్వ్యూలో మాత్రం నెగ్గలేకపోతున్న యువతలో నిరాశ, నిస్పృహలు కమ్ముకుంటున్నాయి. ఇంటర్వ్యూలో అడిగే ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానం చెప్పలేక, ఒక్కోసారి ఏ ప్రశ్న అడిగారో కూడా తెలుసుకోలేక పోవడంతో నోటిదాకా వచ్చిన కూడు చేజారిపోయినట్లు ఉద్యోగం వచ్చినట్టే వచ్చి మిస్ అయిపోతోంది. అయితే చాలా మంది ఓ పది ప్రశ్నల దగ్గర బోల్తా కొడుతున్నారనీ, వాటికి సరైన సమాధానాలు ఇవ్వలేకపోతున్నందునే జాబ్‌లో సెలెక్ట్ అవడం లేదనేది నిపుణుల వాదన. ఆ పది ప్రశ్నలేంటో తెలుసుకుని వాటికి సమాధానాలను ముందే ప్రిపేర్ అవండి మరి.

          ఇంటర్వ్యూ.. కెరీర్‌ను నిర్ణయించే కీలక దశ. ఎంత మెరిట్‌ సాధించినా.. రెజ్యూమెను మరెంత పర్‌ఫెక్ట్‌గా రూపొందించినప్పటికీ ఇంటర్వ్యూ అనగానే చాలామంది బిగుసుకుపోతారు. ఎటువంటి ప్రశ్నలు అడుగుతారు? ఏవిధంగా సమాధానం చెప్పాలి? ఎలా వ్యవహరించాలి? అనే అంశాల్లో సరైన అవగాహన లేక తొందరపాటులో అనేక తప్పులు చేస్తుంటారు. ఇంటర్వ్యూలో చెప్పిన విషయాలను వెనక్కి తీసుకోలేం. కానీ వాటిని సరైన దిశలో అన్వయించడం ద్వారా పాజిటివ్‌ ఇంప్రెషన్‌ కొట్టేయవచ్చు. అందుకు ఏం చేయాలో చూద్దాం..
 
తొందర్లో
ఉద్యోగం కోసం చాలాకాలంగా ప్రయత్నించి విసుగెత్తి పోతే, వ్యక్తిగత కారణాల రీత్యా ఉద్యోగం చేయాల్సిన అవసరం ఉన్న సందర్భాల్లో ఎక్కువ తప్పులు చేసేందుకు అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. ఇందుకు కారణం తొందరపాటు. అడిగిన ప్రశ్నకు అవగాహన లేకున్నా ఏదో ఒకటి చెబుదాం అనే తొందర్లో తప్పులు చేస్తుంటారు. ఇంటర్వ్యూను తిరిగి నిర్వహించడం సాధ్యం కాదు. కాబట్టి చేసిన తప్పులను సరిదిద్దుకోవడం ద్వారా ఎంప్లాయర్‌ను ఇంప్రెస్‌ చేయవచ్చు.
 
తప్పులు సహజం
ఇంటర్వ్యూ అనేది ఒక ప్రత్యేకమైన సందర్భం. ఒక్కోసారి గేమ్‌ ఛేంజర్‌ కూడా కావచ్చు. ఇటువంటి సందర్భంలో తప్పులు చేయడం మానవ సహజం. ఏదైనా ప్రశ్నకు సమాధానం తప్పుగా ఇస్తే దానికి కంగారు పడాల్సిన పని లేదు. చిరునవ్వుతో చేసిన తప్పును ఒప్పుకొనే ప్రయత్నం చేయాలి. ‘సమాధానం తెలియదు సార్‌, తెలుసుకుంటాను’ అని వినయంగా చెప్పాలి. తద్వారా ఎప్పుడూ నేర్చుకునేందుకు సిద్ధంగా ఉండే మీలోని ఆటిట్యూడ్‌ కనిపిస్తుంది.
 
సమయపాలన
ఇంటర్వ్యూలో అన్నిటి కంటే కీలకమైంది పంక్చువాలిటీ (సమయపాలన). నిర్దేశిత సమయానికి, అనుకున్న ప్రదేశానికి చేరుకోవాలి. ఎలాగైన సమయానికి చేరుకోవాలనే ఉద్దేశంతో ఎంతో ప్లానింగ్‌తో ఉంటాం. కానీ ట్రాఫిక్‌ జామ్‌ తదితర కారణాలతో అనుకున్న సమయానికి చేరుకోలేకపోవచ్చు. కాబట్టి ఇంటర్వ్యూయర్‌కు ఈ విషయాన్ని తెలియజేయాలి. మీ తప్పును ఒప్పుకోవడంతోపాటు క్షమాపణ కూడా కోరాలి. తద్వారా మీ సమయంతోపాటు ఇతరుల సమయానికి ఎంత విలువ ఇస్తున్నారు అనే విషయం స్పష్టమవుతుంది.
 
వాదన కూడదు
ఇంటర్వ్యూలో సహజంగా ఏదైనా ఒక అంశంపై అభిప్రాయం చెప్పండని అడుగుతారు. అటువంటి సమయంలో మీరు వెల్లడించిన అభిప్రాయాలతో ఇంటర్వ్యూయర్‌ ఏకీభవించకపోవచ్చు. ఆ సందర్భంలో ఇంటర్వ్యూయర్‌తో ఎటువంటి వాదోపవాదాలు చేయకుండా ఉండాలి. మీ ఇద్దరి మధ్య అర్థవంతమైన చర్చ జరిగే దిశగా వాతావరణాన్ని కల్పించాల్సిన బాధ్యత మీదే అనే విషయాన్ని గమనంలోకి తీసుకోవాలి. కాబట్టి ఎదుటి వారి అభిప్రాయాన్ని గౌరవిస్తూ మీ ఒపీనియనను సమర్థించుకునే ప్రయత్నం చేయాలి. దీన్ని జ్ఞానాన్ని పరస్పరం షేర్‌ చేసుకునే వేదికగా మలుచుకోవాలి.
 
నిజాయితీతో
ఇంటర్వ్యూలో అన్ని విషయాలను నిజాయితీతో వెల్లడించాలి. ముఖ్యంగా గతంలో జాబ్‌ చేసి ఉంటే ఆ విషయాన్ని ప్రస్తావించాలి. కొన్నిసార్లు కెరీర్‌లో బ్రేక్‌ కూడా వచ్చి ఉండొచ్చు. ఇటువంటి విషయా లను కూడా ఇంటర్వ్యూలో ధైర్యంగా ప్రస్తావించాలి. నిజాయితీగా వ్యవహరించే గుణం ఎంప్లాయర్‌ను మరింత ఇంప్రెస్‌ చేస్తుంది.
